Interested students should submit the following form and select from one of three MBA tracks: Management, Accounting, or Pharmacy. The Management and Pharmacy tracks will both be offered fully online. Core courses for the accounting track will also be available online with some in-person classes required on the North Manchester, Indiana campus.

There are no prerequisite course requirements for the MBA management track. The Gilbert College of Business faculty will affirm prerequisite coursework has been completed for the accounting and pharmacy track during the application process.
