Freshman - A first-time college student who lives in the United States and who classifies as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or foreign national (includes DACA students).
Transfer - A returning college student seeking to transfer from another institution who lives in the United States and classifies as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or foreign national (includes DACA students). Students who have ONLY earned college credit through a dual-credit program at their high school are NOT considered transfers.
Readmit - A former Manchester University student seeking to return to MU following a break from college OR after attending a different college/university.
International - Freshman - A first-time college student from outside the United States who does not hold U.S. citizenship or dual-citizenship.
International - Transfer - A returning college student from outside the United States who does not hold U.S. citizenship or dual-citizenship seeking to transfer from another institution. International - Transfer students may transfer from either a U.S. or international institution.
